Shipping

All products shipped out of the USA. The standard ground mail service is shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Packages will arrive within 3-5 business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.

Return Policy

In order to obtain your refund, please contact our Customer Care Team by phone or email.

We DO NOT require that the product be sent back to us in order to receive a refund, but we ask that you do out of good faith. If you do decide to return the product, you pay for return shipping. Once a refund has been agreed upon by our Customer Care Team (by either phone call or email response), your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (credit card or bank account). Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
