It looks just like the Kardashian and Jenner beauty empires are on the point of get even bigger with the assistance of 1 Kanye West. Could Kanye cosmetics be a thing? Absolutely.

According to legal documents filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on June 2, the Chicago-raised rapper has applied to have his Yeezy brand extended to cover cosmetics. Items in the category include everything from foundations, concealers and eyeshadow, to shampoos and conditioners.

The patent would also cover fragrances, skincare items, nail polish, and so much more.

This isn’t West’s first beauty and cosmetics trademark. Back in 2017, he filed the same trademark for Donda cosmetics, named after his mother who tragically kicked the bucket in 2007. Though it is smart that he would potentially want to expand his Yeezy brand. Forbes recently announced that West reached billionaire status this year due to his sold-out sneakers and fashion partnership with Adidas.

Whether or not the daddy of 4 plans on dabbling in every aspect of the category remains to be seen, but one thing obviously is that the move would put the 43-year-old in competition along with his wife Kim Kardashian’s KKW Beauty line, and Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin from his sister-in-law, Kylie Jenner.

West has not officially announced plans of when he are releasing his cosmetics line yet, but from the looks of it, it’d come up within the foreseeable future.
