In a mug, just put in your favourite breakfast meat (you can skip this if you are vegetarian!), add in some salsa, eggs and cheese or milk. Place it in the microwave for about a minute. If you are still not satisfied with its done-ness, just stir it a little bit and cook for another 30 to 45 seconds. 

Voila! You now have an omelet you can conveniently eat in a mug. 

Real Quick Chicken Burrito 

The words “quick” and “chicken burrito” look very nice in one sentence, don’t you think? The best part is, you can also just use whatever leftover chicken you have for this one. Get an avocado, mix in your chicken and add a bit of cheese. Once you’re done, wrap it in a tortilla and cook it. If we were you – we would take it a couple of notches higher by adding in some greens, tomatoes and even mushrooms! That’s it, you’re good to go.

Tomato Salad-Stuffed Avocado 

For the vegans : when we think of avocados, we usually think toast or guacamole. Nonetheless, it’s really good for stuffing too! It’s really easy : just take off what’s in the pit and fill the center with tomato, onions, herbs and anything else that suits your liking.

Broccoli and Parmesan Soup 

As appetizing as this dish sounds, trust us when we say you will only be needing 5 ingredients and 10 minutes tops. Throw the broccoli in a food processor, add in some soy, and your cheese and some garlic if you want. Cook it for about 5 to 10 minutes then serve. Just like that, you’ve gotten yourself the best Appetizer-chef award! Not only is it delicious, it’s packed with lots and lots of nutrients that are good for you too!
