While she may be known for her messy bangs, the 50 Shades Of Grey star is actually quite a chameleon on the red carpet — albeit a subtle one. See, instead of trying trendy looks, Johnson prefers to play up with her make up.

Dakota’s brows had the full-yet-groomed look that many celebrities are a fan of at the moment.

Even if Johnson is rocking a cat-eye, she’ll often use black liner to define her lower lashline. That simple step immediately takes her look into moodier, smokier territory.

Meanwhile, if Dakota Johnson has a beauty regret, it involves some of her tattoos, although she still continues to have more.
